Celebrities performing on Times Square?

oh my god. i have that as my wallpaper. hahaaa. well last year, i was damn sure that they all performed on a stage otherwise they wouldn't stand on the the ground and perform. that would be kind of awkward, you know. so i guess ill answer that with a yes but im not sure if it's gonig to be exactly in the middle of times square.it really depends on where the NYPD says your allowed to start standing.
